This is a shared work space. We ask that noise and messes be kept to a minimum to respect our other tenants. You will need to remove all trash and belongings, and clean up before leaving.

Maximum of 6 people are allowed in the space. For larger parties, ask about the downstairs hall rental information.
Please note: This is a historic old building and is not ADA compliant. The studio is on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. Entry to the studio is through the side of the building gate, down a narrow hallway. Temporary unloading available from the rear ally and must be pre-arranged.
Wheelchair and ADA access only available in the courtyard and first floor hall. For first floor hall rental, please reach out to info@gvpstudios.com.
There will be a staff member present to let your party in, answer questions, and collect payment.
To hire a session assistant for lighting, moving furniture, using a fan, or helping with kids, we offer this service for $50/hour.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms on first floor.
Parking: Metered street parking, or in the lot across the street.
