“We got really lucky with all of our wedding vendors, but Leslie was by far the best. She is so gifted at taking beautiful, artistic photos. We had an engagement shoot with her before the wedding and absolutely loved our photos. We really appreciated how she guided us throughout the process, moving and posing us effortlessly in settings she had never previously seen. The wedding was no different - she took charge and captured absolutely stunning photos of us throughout the day. We are so thrilled to have such beautiful memories of our special day through her photos. She was also just a pleasure to work with - very warm, responsive, and professional. We will certainly work with Leslie for all future professional photos we decide to take. We HIGHLY recommend hiring her for your big day!!”

“Leslie is seriously awesome. We hired her to photograph our wedding and it was the best decision we made. She is incredibly organized and professional. She drafted up the first schedule for the wedding day and had some great advice on planning the day to make everything go smoothly.
When she arrived she had everyone in the bridal parties names memorized. She was quick and efficient in setting up the photos. After the ceremony it felt like we got through extended family photos in rapid fire mode. She was seriously a fly on the wall. During the ceremony and reception we never noticed her once but she managed to get amazing shots.
We had some ideas for specific photos we wanted and she made them better than we could have ever imaged. If you are looking for a wedding photographer, green vintage is the only choice. If you are on the fence for any reason, you won't be disappointed. Leslie is well worth double the price. Run don't walk to book her as your photographer.”“Leslie is seriously awesome. “I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Leslie. Her ease, talent, professionalism, eye for details, understanding of the wedding business, tact and diplomacy are all so amazing and she was the easiest and best of all our vendors.
One of the biggest shocks when started the weeding planning process was the cost of photography. We just wanted simple photos of us, the bridal party, the decor and family. We were mortified by what Bay Area photographers were charging. I scoured blogs, went to bridal fairs, asked photographer friends, and was finally introduced to Leslie through an acquaintance who worked with her a year prior on her wedding. Once on Leslie's website, I knew I found someone good. We traded emails, I reviewed her costs and packages, and was relieved that someone who could take such beautiful photos was in our budget. Her photos were stunning and captured the love between the couples and their environments.
We met in her studio and were blown away by her simplicity and lack of pretension. She talked us through the process, our options, the vibe we wanted to create, what kind of photos and portraits we wanted - everything. She listened to us, rather than expel her qualifications or style. We booked her that day!
Neither my fiancée of I are 'photogenic' so we decided to do engagement pictures at Land's End/Sutro Baths in San Francisco. It was the one day in two weeks that it was foggy and cold. But the pictures turned out AMAZING, reflective of silliness, love and personalities. The best compliment was at the end of the shoot, my fiancée said that was painless. I am not a skinny girl, but Leslie captured my best angles and features and made us both look natural and hot. Everyone, even strangers commented on how beautiful we were. She helped us with poses, looks, and even smiles, but it never felt forced or fake.
The wedding was even easier. Leslie is so prepared and organized and steps in for a wedding planner to help you figure out your timeline and schedule. The bridal party and our guests loved her and remarked they never saw her or the second photographer. We had a preview shot the next day (good FB profile picture), a 100 shot preview within a week, and the full gallery within a month. She is super-communicative, affordable, responsive, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. We have found our family photographer and can't wait to see her document our future. I have referred her to friends/family and purchased a gift certificate for another friend who spent 4x's the amount on her wedding photographer and she HATES the photos.
Lastly, her mantra in PRINT YOU PHOTOS! They are beautiful works of art and not meant to live on your computer or social media feed. Her options of canvas prints, albums, and gifts are lovely. We having difficulty narrowing down our favorites! Book Leslie -- it will be the best decision (besides marrying your true love) that you make!”

"Where to begin? Leslie is, hands down, amazing. We researched and interviewed a ton of photographers before we found her - and she was everything we could have hoped for and more. Leslie is genuine, professional, warm, and patient, and she has an incredible artistic eye. We had our engagement photos 3 months before our wedding, and had a ton of fun with her exploring picturesque Sutter Creek (a small town that she suggested when I described my vision for a rustic, vintage background for our photos). She made us feel comfortable behind the camera, went great lengths to get the perfect shot, and accommodated our requests for three outfit changes! And the photos - wow! Our entire gallery blew us away!
She was then with us for our 2 day wedding (Hindu/western), and I can't begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for her. Leslie took charge, in a friendly but firm way (which was necessary with our friends and family who were often way too excited to be corralled for photos!), she was somehow always in place to get an amazing shot (but almost always "invisible" to us during those moments), and she had the magic touch with my two flower girl nieces. Most of all, she captured the emotion in our wedding weekend so beautifully and perfectly - my husband and I both cried when we saw the first "sneak peek" photos (which she set to our wedding song). I also wanted to say a special thank you to Leslie's assistant photographer, Eric, who was amazing as well. So warm and so easy to work with, and he got some beautiful shots of our friends and family, as well as us from different angles. We are so indebted to them for immortalizing our wedding forever with the beauty of their work. Thank you Leslie and Eric, from the bottom of our hearts, for what you do."
