FAQ’s

Turnaround time: A link to view your proofs will be emailed or texted to you in 3 business days. The sooner you choose your images, the sooner you will receive your download (usually delivered within 24 hours). The proof gallery will be open for 7 days before we choose your images for you.

Recommended clothing: PJ’s, Christmas fancy, funny, monochromatic, or natural/casual. Shoes optional. Just make sure your group is dressed in a similar style!

Outfit changes: It is not recommended to count on having time for an outfit change, but you can do what you want with your reserved time.

Sets: Similar to what you see in these example photos.

What happens if your kids won’t smile or are pouting? We will recount it as a funny family memory when your child was frowning or crying in the holiday photos. Don’t take it too seriously… those are some of our clients’ all-time favorite photos.

Time slots: 15 minutes each. Please budget enough time for parking and to be early for your appointment. Your session will begin and end at the scheduled time and will not be able to run into the next appointment’s time. Session fees are non-refundable except in the case that it is the fault of the studio. If you miss your time slot, you can request to come back at the end of the day, or see if we have any other open spots. It is not guaranteed that we will be able to fit you in if you miss your appointment time.

Print credit: Your $50 session fee can be used toward one of our holiday print packages, or any custom orders over $350 if used before December 15th, 2024.

Reschedule and Cancellation Policy: Rescheduling will require another $50 session fee, and cancellation will result in your $50 deposit to be retained.

Safety Policy: Although we take all safety precautions, this is a working studio. There are heavy lights, light stands, and trip hazards. Please do not allow children or pets to roam freely, touch things outside of the sets, play with switches or plugs, or disturb other businesses. We reserve the right to ask participants to leave who are not adhering to this policy.
